Feedback from John, Manchester

1.    Why did you seek out my services? What was the problem you were experiencing? What were you hoping to improve or resolve?

My application documents were inadequate and failed to warrant any successful responses when applying for a training contract.

2.    Why did you choose me specifically to provide you with advice?

I recognised from your website that what is missing from most CV services out there, is a genuine depth of knowledge and experience in applications for this specific line of work. With TCS, this proved a most valuable asset.

3.    How do you feel as a result of undertaking the coaching programme?

Much more confident that when I send out an application, it is both representative of my achievements and styled to impress.

4.    What part of the coaching programme did you like the most? Why?

The end result, without any doubt, which was a CV and covering letter unrecognisable from the ones I started with. The clarity of the layout and the concise nature of the content within had finally allowed me to present myself in a way that had so obviously been missing.

5.    How have you benefited from the coaching programme?

I now have documents that stand-out and impress; a foundation to build upon for all future training contract applications. In addition, I know what firms I should be targeting, and how to target them. The devil’s in the details.

6.    Do you feel you have received value for money?  Would you have paid more for this service?  If so, how much do you think my service is worth?

Definitely value for money. At first its easy to be sceptical, not knowing the full extent of the advice on offer. But for the amount of time Matt seems to spend, he could easily be charging over £300. And I’d still of paid it!

7.    What would you say to someone who might be considering taking my advice about their training contract applications?

Don’t hesitate. The advice and knowledge on offer is incomparable with other services out there. TCS provides a service second to none.

8.    Is there anything I can do to improve my service in the future?

Not that I know of I’ve had a good think, and I’ve decided there’s nothing that was lacking.
